REPLACEMENT PROSPECTUS
The Replacement Prospectus dated 2 November 2017 (Replacement Prospectus) is an important document that should be read in its entirety before deciding whether to participate in the Offer (as referred to below and set out in the Replacement Prospectus). The Offer
The Replacement Prospectus contains details of an offer by AIC Resources Limited (Company) of up to 50,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares for A$0.20 per Share to raise up to A$10,000,000 before costs (Offer). The Offer is subject to a minimum subscription of A$7,000,000. No shares will be issued or transferred on the basis of the Replacement Prospectus after the expiry date, being 13 months after the date of the Replacement Prospectus. The Company has applied to ASX Limited (ASX) for admission to the official list of ASX and quotation of the shares on ASX.
